Trail design, development, and maintenance are key components of the MCMBA and mountain biking in Michigan.  Our trail design volunteers are trained by IMBA using standards developed by the National Park Service and National Forest Service.

Trail Overview

Southeastern Michigan mountain bikers are blessed with over 250 miles of diverse, interesting singletrack trails within an hour's drive of downtown Detroit. Click on a trail to the left for a local Chapter trail, or click here for a broader map of Michigan trails.
